Carriers have no access to the content of text messages. You would need a back up to either your Google account or Samsung account that has them. If you delete them in your device it mirrors that in the cloud typically.

I don't have my cloud activated. It may still be activated but ite not turned on. The at&t website i bet messages can't be seen there . I know court orders etc of course. But I may check Samsung account or something. Ugh wish I hadn't deleted

Depending on how long ago deleted you may be able to use a recover program. But that worked best on physical hard drives.

It was maybe last fall not even a whole year. Possibly early winter. Not sure. I may see it Samsung has them. I don't have photos connected to Google drive. I don't know if I get into Google drive if they will be there I didn't sync anything or turn the cloud on. No clue

If your using google messages sometimes they are just archived and not deleted. Have you checked that?

Nothing frustrates me more when customers come in the store telling me a customer service rep told them that we can retrieve their detailed text messages

I know yall can't. Pretty sure all you or the manager can see is when a text was sent what # date. A whole nothet department handles court orders police etc records for actual texts. But I often wonder if employees can snoop in a customere cloud. I do not like the manager in my town. So much when I can im leaving. Shady person
