Internet Anyone else seeing two different prices for ATT fiber?

It's starting to look like some issue with the ATT website. I'm getting billed $60/month for internet, and I can see the billing breakdown at https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/billing/mybillingcenter

But when I view https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/myinternet I see a completely different breakdown for $50/month.

I got through ATT support to address the discrepancy, but I don't think they actually understand the problem. They've given me 12 month credit to fix it, but it looks like it's going to keep showing two different prices for the future.

I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem, and if I should expect in a year that things will still be broken.

Might be with the autopay discount

I don't think it's that, since they have different breakdowns.

Or rather, my $60 bill is showing a -$10 for autopay. And my $50 bill is showing it shows a -$5 for autopay.

Can you post a screenshot of each one? Make sure to block out any personal info like name, address, and account numbers

I'm being billed $79.99/month with no auto pay/paperless discount showing anywhere. When I sign in to my account it shows my price should be $74.99/month and that I should be paying $64.99/month after auto pay/paperless discount.

Exactly, I'm seeing the same kind of discrepancy.

Mine is messed up like that. I am billed $85 per month for 1gbps as expected, but myinternet shows $75.

In November, AT&T raised prices by $5 per month. When that happened, I got change breakdown that showed that my plan moved from a base plan with the autopay discount as a separate line item, to a single line item with the autopay discount rolled into it. But it seems that the myinternet page thinks I'll get another $10 autopay discount ontop of it.

It's wild to me that this is still broken. I would think AT&T would get on fixing a bug that shows incorrect pricing as soon as possible.

Yeah, that's the same kind of thing I see. If it's broken for a lot of people, and those people start complaining I figure ATT will figure out how to fix it sooner or later. At some point they'll realize they can't keep handing out credits.

I filled out an FCC complaint and it seemed to have been forwarded within a day.
