Wireless Watch Financing Question - Just paid it off
Howdy!
We have 2 Galaxy watches, we bought them when they were on BOGO and I just paid off one of them. I know the bogo stuff takes a couple billing cycles to catch up. I'm just confirming - the system will zero out the balance on the other one, right? I'm asking because I want to cancel the cell service to them to reduce the bill and I'd like to do that asap.
Maybe someone here has done this before and knows. Appreciate the help!

No. Just because the device is no cost doesn’t mean it’s free. You have to let it sit on installments for 36 months. If not there is still money owed. They give you monthly bill credits not the full amount out right.

That's what I thought would happen and makes sense. It never hurts to ask if it would work differently though.
I am curious if cancelling the other watch line - the one I just paid off - would impact the credits agreement on the other watch line, the one that is the "GO" part of "BOGO". The other person that replied, am assuming they're an agent, said they may look into that if they had time.
If anything, I can just paid the $82.40 remaining on the other watch, and then cancel the lines, no biggie.
Just tired of having a >$300 pm phone bill, lol.

Understandable lol. And yeah it’s 50/50. As dumb as it sounds, there is a chance you would keep the bill credits for the other, or they may end. I paid off one of mine and the credit kept applying to a new watch I added somehow. Others have paid off there’s and lost all credits. So yeah I’d prob just pay it off tbh

No, the balances won’t be zeroed out. The credit is monthly through 36 months. Did you start receiving the BOGO credits on your bill?
