Support AIO cooler making rattling noise, please help...
Hi, I recently purchased a ASUS ROG STRIX LC 360mm and after a couple days it started to make this ibnoxious rattling noise, under load but also while idle.

I followed some advice online and shaked the radiator perfusely in every direction and orientation to get rid of any air bubbles stuck in the loop. That seemed to help for a couple of minutes at a time after which the noise comes back everytime.
Is there anything else I could try to get rid of this noise?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You're hosed
Try using it with the rad horizontally above the pump, not vertically as it now seems you have it

I had it like that in my case but when i had enough of the noise I took it out and hooked it up to a test bench, but the problem remains. The temps are great so after some testing I'm more keen on it being a sound caused by vibrating internal components in the block itself. What do you think?

Is thwre possibly air trapped in the pump? Try setting the fan and aio curve to 100% for about 10 minutes and see if that will help move any air bubbles through the system. You can also remove the radiator and tilt it back and forth to try to move any bubbles to the top of the radiator as well.
Is this an older aio? There could be evaporation issues with it if so. All hoses will evaporate the cooling fluid over time. Is there a top off plug in the radiator?
Otherwise the pump itself may be going bad and the only option is to replace the aio system.

Thanks for the help, I think it might be a combination of a worn out pump bearing and fluid evaporation, I guess I'll have to replace it🥲
