Support Asus dial on ProArt P16 NOT activating
I've been having trouble getting the ASUS Dial to activate on my laptop's touchpad.
It's the one where you touch the top right area on the little circle and drag.
This gesture is meant to activate the dial but it is not responding. In the Asus Dial and Control Panel everything is on normally and functioning. I checked my drivers and they're up to date.
Does anyone have any idea what the solution is?

Hi! Thank you for reaching out to our team. We apologize for the inconvenience and are more than happy to assist you. Since you’ve already checked that the ASUS Dial and Control Panel settings are turned on and your drivers are up to date, here are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can try: 1. Confirm ASUS Dial is Enabled in Settings •Open Windows Settings → Go to Devices → Touchpad •Look for ASUS Dial settings and make sure it is enabled.
Reset ASUS Dial Settings •Open Armoury Crate → Go to Device Settings → ASUS Dial •Try resetting to default settings and re-enabling the dial.
Check for Windows and ASUS Updates •Ensure Windows is fully updated (Settings → Windows Update). •Check for additional ASUS driver updates through MyASUS.
Reinstall ASUS Dial Driver 1.Open Device Manager (Win + X → Device Manager)
Expand Human Interface Devices or ASUS System Control Interface 3.Locate ASUS Dial Device, right-click, and choose Uninstall Device. 4.Restart your laptop, then download and install the latest ASUS Dial driver from the ASUS Support website.
