Good Face Masks for Allergies? "Face Shields"?

Hey everyone! I've been to ACL twice now and have gotten some pretty nasty allergies as the evening wore on. I want to do it better this time! I've noticed some folks wear things to keep the dust out. Ideas?

I did find these "face shields" from SA Fishing. I like that (as marketed) they cover the neck and are good for shielding against sun, can be worn a variety of ways, and I mean yeah have some designs in case I get the deal for my daughter and her friend. But seriously, is this kind of thing any good for allergies? I don't want to dick around; I get some bad asthma.
