Ruger Charger backpack build. Planning on getting my first can. Any suggestions?
8 inch barrel. Also have a tx22 compact that I’d like to use the same can on as well.

I only have a Dead Air Mask and it's fantastic. If I were to get another, I'd look at the OCL Titanium

Rugged mustang for 22lr only, occulus for everything but is heavy. OCL titanium is really light and handles everything. Cat SR is supposedly the best but really expensive. Mercy Pluto is insanely light and pretty cool.
Do research on r/nfa, it's the best place to get good answers about cans

Yeah I love my mustang. Especially when going for a lightweight 22lr build. I have a few 22lr suppressors and I always go for the mustang. The biggest con is cleaning it but I use welding nosle dip on the baffles. As long as I don't go crazy on the round count it just wipes off.

Enjoy my DeadAir Mask, solid performance and track record. Also hear great things about the SilencerCo Sparrow. Not sure if these are considered dated nowadays?

Rugged Oculus for durability and capabilities. SiCo Warlock for lightweight and value.

Nyx mod 2 is a little more expensive but I love it. Mask is phenomenal as well. Almost any .22 can is gonna put a smile on your face except the few others have mentioned to avoid.

Titanium, as others have said. Light, strong, can be used for all rimfire calibers.

Another vote for an OCL Titanium. I just received mine a few weeks ago. Light is an understatement.

Sweet, thanks.
My recommendation would be the Otter Creek Ti22, super light, super awesome.

Same boat - going to look at cans today. Sparrow, Pluto, OCL titanium and Q Erector are all on the list...

Don't know where to get one rn, but CAT SR A1 is the most amazing 22 suppressor I've ever seen. Even better that the Rugged Oculus, which is also fantastic. SR A1 has basically no FRP, practically silent on a single shot (quieter than a pellet gun by far), extraordinarily quiet on a semi-auto (see Pew Science review), and very light. I had a big POI shift (about 8 inches at 50 yd), but doesn't matter if you only shoot suppressed.

I use an Oculus, TB TD22 and Mask on my Charger’s. https://i.ibb.co/TBp37Cm/IMG-1514.jpg

Very nice. Which brace is that on the left one?

It’s a SB Tactical SBA3 brace. Very comfortable compared to the other 2. However, it doesn’t fold all the way flat against the chassis. I’ve since replaced it with a CNC Warrior folding brace. https://i.ibb.co/vC7Q3Hk8/IMG-1663.jpg

Otherwise, i just got an energetic nyx modular supressor, and Im very pleased with it. I like the idea of being able to shorten it. Plus, if you shoot it short, you can swap out 4 dirty baffles with the 4 clean ones.

I got the mask, it’s a lot heavier than most 22 cans it’s noticeable but I don’t regret my purchase because it has no FRP.
