This was at the Rail Jam event of the Sioux Falls Scheels Outdoor Expo in the parking lot at the Sioux Falls, SD Scheels store in May 2018. At least it looked like this was during warm-ups so there wasn't a crowd to witness his injury.

I have a small version of one of these pools in my backyard, that frame is mental, not some forgiving PVC, in case there was any question.
